What the Hiring Sketchpad Is For

As you read through the Talent Toolkit, you might think: I wish I had a place to jot down my ideas and hiring plans. The Hiring Sketchpad is intended to be just that! It's a self guided resource to help you develop, iterate, and implement best practices to recruit, hire, and onboard digital service talent. The Sketchpad can also function as a central space to share your thinking and solidify future hiring plans with your HR Partners.

What To Do If You Get Stuck

The Hiring Sketchpad asks you to make many decisions about your hiring process that you may not feel fully equipped to make. That's okay—don't feel discouraged! The goal of the Sketchpad isn't to be perfect; it's to help you be better prepared and make iterative improvements to your process.
