Design an Outcome Oriented Hiring Process
An outcome oriented experience for candidates and internal hiring teams focuses on achieving desired results. This typically means designing a process that clearly lays out all the steps, sets expectations, and is manageable (and perhaps even joyful!) to experience. You want to strike a balance of doing what’s necessary to evaluate candidates against the required job skills and objectives, while also ensuring that the process is not unnecessarily burdensome.
