# Partner Support

## Don't see your question answered in our documentation?

Send an email to <elections-support@usdigitalresponse.org> with the following:

* [ ] A **description** of your issue or question.
  * [ ] What is happening?
  * [ ] Who is seeing this issue? You, your workers, several people in your office?
  * [ ] When did it start?
  * [ ] Is it preventing you from completing a task?
* [ ] **Screenshots** - these are very helpful if you are seeing an error. It helps us find the issue quicker.
* [ ] **Links** - these are also helpful and help us find the issue quicker.

**Please do not email individual staff or volunteers.** \
Sending your requests to our support email allows all of our staff visibility and prevents your request from getting lost or going unanswered when that individual is unavailable.

## Service Level Agreements

Please note that we review all requests and acknowledge them within 2 business days. \
Urgent requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1 business day.&#x20;

This does not guarantee resolution within that time frame as some issues or requests may be more complex. The following timelines are estimates that have been shared in previous collaborative meetings.<br>
