# Users

Track how many users are currently using your Airtable Workspace.

Users are commonly assigned by Workspace. You should have three (3) Workspaces.

**Find Users:** To see how many users are assigned to each Workspace, click on the Workspace (ex. County Name, USA), then click Share in the top right corner. After you click Share, click Manage Access on the pop-up window.

This will populate a list of all Workspace Users:

If you see a message like the one above:

***"This workspace also has \_ base collaborators not represented above".***

&#x20;This means there may be more users that only have access to a certain Base or Interface within the Workspace. To see these, you will need to check each Base and Interface.&#x20;

From this list of Users, you can adjust each User's permissions. There are five (5) categories of users:

1. Owner - This will always be "*USDR Elections Admin"*
2. Creator  - Paid User&#x20;
3. Editor - Paid User
4. Commenter - Free User
5. View Only - Free User

Depending on your view, you may see the same user appear twice. You will not be double-charged for these users.

**USDR users**: You will also not be charged for **USDR staff** or **volunteers** listed on your account.
